What you’ll need:
1 cup raw oatmeal
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup peanut butter kodiak cake mix
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 medium banana
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp mini m&m’s
2 My Protein Bite Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
2 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
9x9 baking tray
How to Prepare:
In a medium bowl combine your oatmeal, flour, baking powder and mix together. In a separate bowl take your banana and using the back of a fork squash a banana until a lose like but thick consistency. Add in your milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract and combine thoroughly.
Next, combine the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix together. Take one of your MPB Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and break up into chunk and toss it into your mix and combine. Once everything is mixed pour your mix into a 9x9 baking tray ( I used a nonstick pan but if you do not have one remember to spray or use butter so they don’t stick).
Preheat the oven to 350. While the over preheats decorate the top of mix with your other MPB Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. Crumble cookie over your mix and top with chocolate chips and mini m&m’s. Once the oven is done preheating let the mix bake for 15 minutes.
When done baking let the tray cool completely (If you try to cut it too soon it mix be a little sticky). Once cooled cut into 20 even squares. Serve with some colada and ENJOY! 😉
